I was born in Kochi, but lived most of my life in a small town about an hour away from Calicut. I spent five years of my life earning a degree in Architecture only to yeet it away to do something unrelated. I spent the next 3 years after graduation working with fashion and education brands developing and implementing their strategies before finally settling on the food-service industry.

I find the food-service industry very interesting with potential to be so much more than what it is today. I believe my expertise in differentiation strategy will be very valuable for such a saturated industry. I want to build deep expertise in this particular industry and use it to help it grow.

If you want to stand out, you need to be different. To be different you need fresh ideas and loads of courage. I'm young and a bit inexperienced but that helps me be a counterintuitive thinker bringing out the fresh ideas. You just have to bring the courage.
